Form spam checker

Paste a message that came through your contact form, the one you almost called back. See whether it's a real lead, a sales pitch, or spam, and why.

Published Updated

Do this for every submission, automatically.

GoodInbound is a form backend and lead screen for any form. It:

  • Screens every submission for bots, fake sign-ups, and unsolicited sales pitches, whether a person or an AI wrote them.
  • Labels each one lead, review, spam, junk, or bot, with a one-line reason.
  • Enriches real leads and notifies you by email, Slack, or Telegram.
  • Sends only real leads on to your CRM, workflows, and ad platforms.

What the checker looks at

It reads the message the way you would: is this person asking about what you sell, or selling something to you? Agency pitches, SEO and marketing offers, dev shops, recruiters, and guest-post offers are labeled spam. Link spam, gibberish, crypto, and scams are labeled junk. If you add the sender's email, it also checks the address for disposable, invalid, and gibberish signs.

Tell it what your business sells for a sharper answer. A message about "pricing for 20 seats" is a lead for a SaaS company and a pitch for a recruiter.

Why reCAPTCHA doesn't catch these

A CAPTCHA asks whether a human is filling in the form. Most of what clogs a contact form today is a human: someone with a real name and a real work email who wants to sell you something. They pass every CAPTCHA, every honeypot, and every email validator. The only way to catch them is to read what they wrote.

On your own forms

GoodInbound Lead Screen runs this check, plus behavior, network, and identity checks, on every submission to your forms: HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress, or a plain HTML form. Each one gets a label and a reason, and only real leads reach your inbox, CRM, and ad platforms. The message check is part of the Pro plan.
