The problem

Contact and demo forms fill up with submissions that will never become customers. Some are bots and form farms. Most of what reaches B2B teams today is people: SEO agencies, offshore dev shops, recruiters, link sellers, and competitors fishing for pricing. They use real emails and pass every bot check.

The cost lands in three places. Sales reps spend time and calendar slots on people who will never buy. The CRM fills with contacts that skew lists, lead scores, and pipeline reports. And every junk form fill counts as a conversion, so Google Ads and Meta Ads learn to find more people like it.

Teams describe it in their own words:

  • “Captchas prevent bots from submitting spam, but they don't prevent humans from submitting spam.”

    Hacker News
  • “Every communication I've received has been someone trying to sell me something.”

    Shopify Community
  • “reCAPTCHA v3 - invisible but I'm still getting 20-30 spam submissions daily.”

    Hacker News
  • “Google Ads hasn't seemed to have 'learned' how to get the real conversions.”

How the market solved it until now

Stopping fake leads has meant one of two things: a demo and an annual contract with an enterprise fraud vendor, or an expensive self-serve tool limited to one form stack. Form backends and CAPTCHAs are cheap but only stop bots and obvious spam. None of them reads the message, so none of them catches a sales pitch.

How GoodInbound solves it

Protection that used to need a demo and a contract is free on GoodInbound, or up to 100x more affordable on paid plans. You sign up, add one script tag or point a form at the headless endpoint, and every submission is screened.

Every submission goes through a 5-step polygraph that catches AI and human spam, from bots and AI agents to people pitching you:

  1. 1Your rules. Domains you always want as leads, or always want screened out, are decided first.
  2. 2Behavior. How the form was filled in: typing rhythm, pasting, time to submit, and automation tells.
  3. 3Network. Datacenter IPs, VPNs, proxies, Tor, and bursts from the same IP or device.
  4. 4Identity. The email, its domain and mail server, disposable and role addresses, and gibberish.
  5. 5The message. Open-source AI reads what was sent against what you sell, so a sales pitch from a real person with a real work email is caught.

The AI step uses privacy-first open-source models running on Cloudflare’s network, and submissions are processed only to screen your forms. Behavior, network, and identity checks return in milliseconds, and the message check usually finishes before the form submits. Every submission comes back labeled lead, review, spam, junk, or bot, with a one-line reason.

Only real leads move on: to your CRM, to Slack, and to Google Ads and Meta Ads as conversions, so ad bidding learns from buyers instead of spam.

Questions

What is GoodInbound?

GoodInbound is a lead screening and headless form platform. It screens every form submission for bots, spam, sales pitches, and fake sign-ups, and only sends real leads to your CRM, Slack, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Is GoodInbound free?

Yes. The Free plan screens 500 submissions a month with no time limit. Pro is $29 a month for 2,500 screened submissions and adds AI screening.

How is GoodInbound different from CHEQ or Anura?

CHEQ and Anura are sold through demos and contracts and check whether a submission is a bot. GoodInbound is self-serve with public pricing, and it also reads the message, so it catches sales pitches from real people.

How is GoodInbound different from Formspree?

Formspree collects form submissions and filters bots and spammy content, with 50 free submissions a month. GoodInbound offers the same headless endpoint with 500 free screened submissions a month, labels every submission, and catches sales pitches.

Which AI models does GoodInbound use?

Privacy-first open-source models running on Cloudflare. Submissions are processed only to screen your forms, and you can turn off the message check to screen without sharing message content.

How fast is screening?

Behavior, network, and identity checks return in milliseconds. The AI message check usually finishes before the form submits.

Does GoodInbound work with HubSpot and Marketo forms?

Yes. Add one script tag directly or through Google Tag Manager. Typeform, Zapier, and Make connect through webhooks.
