Lead Quality Report
The lead quality report shows how many of your submissions were real leads, what Lead Screen kept out, and which campaigns, sources, and forms the real leads came from. Use it to find campaigns that bring form fills but no buyers. Open Analytics → Lead quality and choose the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

Lead rate and real leads#
The ring shows the lead rate: the share of screened submissions labelled lead. Beside it is the number of real leads, and the change from the period before.
The breakdown splits every submission into two groups:
| Group | Labels | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Reached your inbox | Leads, Review | Real leads, and submissions with mixed signals waiting for someone to decide |
| Kept out | Spam, Bots, Junk | Screened out: filed under Screened out in the inbox, and never sent to notifications or your ad platforms |
Leads by day#
A daily bar for leads, review, and screened-out submissions. A day where the screened-out bar jumps while leads stay flat is usually a bot run or a spam campaign hitting your form.
Where leads come from#

Each source shows its submissions and its lead rate. Sources are named from the visit that led to the submission:
| Source | When |
|---|---|
| Platform Ads, campaign | The visit had an ad click ID (gclid, fbclid, ttclid, and others) or a paid utm_medium. The campaign comes from utm_campaign. |
| utm_source, campaign | Tagged with UTM parameters but not paid. |
| Organic search | Arrived from a search engine. |
| A website's domain | Arrived from a link on another site. |
| Direct | No referrer and no tags. |
| Not tracked | No visit was captured for the submission. |
A paid campaign with plenty of submissions and a low lead rate is spending on traffic that doesn't buy. Check it in Analytics → Paid traffic, and make sure only real leads are reported back to the ad platform: see Report Real Leads to Ad Platforms.
To cut Not tracked, install the Lead Screen script on your landing pages, so the visit is captured before the form is filled.
By form#
The same submissions and lead rate for each form. A form with a much lower lead rate than the others is usually the one bots found first.
Each table lists the eight sources or forms with the most submissions in the period.
Availability#
The lead quality report is part of Pro. It counts every screened submission, whether it came from a GoodInbound hosted form, the Lead Screen script, the API, or an inbound webhook. It's available in the dashboard only, not through the API.
